What these papers are, and are not
These are WAJD practice papers, not exam board papers. They follow the pattern of the GCSE maths papers in England: two tiers, three papers of 80 marks, the same balance across number, algebra, ratio, geometry and statistics, and questions that climb in difficulty. The questions themselves are new, written by our question engine, so every paper is different. Teachers are reviewing them.
Marking is on your final answers. In the real exam, working earns method marks too, so always show it. Your results show the grades of question you are securing; they do not predict a grade, because grade boundaries change every year. For official past papers, see our directory of exam board papers.
