These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WAJD learning platform and related services ("WAJD", "we", "us"), operated by WAJD, registered in England & Wales. By using WAJD you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
WAJD is intended for learners, parents, teachers and tutors. Children may use WAJD under the supervision and with the consent of a parent, guardian or school. By creating an account for a child, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
WAJD's core learning library, lessons, games and tools are provided free of charge, with no card required.
WAJD Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds one-to-one tutoring, video lessons, a personal plan and weekly progress reports. The price and billing period are shown clearly at the secure checkout before you pay, and payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Cancellation. Pro is billed in advance for each period and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your profile. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
14-day cooling-off. As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription for a refund. Because Pro gives immediate access to digital services, by starting to use Pro within that period you ask us to begin straight away and acknowledge that you lose the automatic right to a refund for the part of the period already used. If you have not used Pro, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
A subscription is for one learner. Connecting with a tutor through WAJD does not make WAJD a party to any arrangement you make with that tutor.
When using WAJD you agree not to:
Lessons, questions, software, branding and other materials on WAJD are owned by WAJD or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. Papers you upload remain yours; by uploading them you grant us permission to process them to provide the service to you.
The WAJD Method. The WAJD learning method and system, including how we sequence, assess, schedule, personalise and unlock learning, together with the underlying software, algorithms, designs and know-how, are the confidential and proprietary intellectual property of WAJD. Nothing on this site grants any right to copy, reproduce, license or build a derivative or competing service from them. "WAJD" and the WAJD logo are trademarks of WAJD; you may not use them without our written permission.
Some explanations and practice questions are generated by AI. While we work hard to keep them accurate and aligned to the curriculum, AI can occasionally make mistakes. Always use your own judgement, and treat WAJD as a study aid rather than a definitive authority.
We aim to keep WAJD available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add or remove features, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
WAJD is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
