What the school does

Name one teacher and one class. One year group, one subject, one class. A pilot that starts with the whole school starts with a meeting instead.
The teacher makes the class in two minutes. They get a six character class code. Nothing else is needed to begin.
Pupils join with the code. First name, the first letter of their surname, and a PIN they choose. No email address, and no surname, is stored for a child.
Twenty minutes, once a month. The check is built from the units taught by that month, so nothing on it is a surprise. It can be a lesson starter or homework.
The teacher reads the report. The three mistakes to reteach, in order, with the lines to put on the board and the pupils who need them.

A term, week by week

When	What happens
Week 1	Class created, pupils joined, roadmap printed for the wall.
Week 2	First check sat. First class report in the teacher's hands.
Week 3	Reteach the three named mistakes. Fifteen minutes, not a scheme of work.
Weeks 4 to 12	One check a month. The report shows whether the reteaching moved it.
End of term	Paper B of the same check, for a like for like comparison.

Your pupils’ data

What is stored about a pupil

A first name and one initial, the marks from each check, and which mistakes those marks point to. Nothing else.

What is never stored

No email address, no surname, no date of birth, no photograph, no address, and no free text a child types about themselves.

Who can see it

The class teacher. Not other teachers, not other schools, and not any advertiser: WAJD Academy sells no data and carries no third party advertising.

Agreements

A data processing agreement is issued to the school on request, naming WAJD AI Ltd as the processor and the school as the controller. Marks are deleted on request.

What success looks like in December

Every pupil in the class sat every check, because it took one lesson starter a month.
The teacher can name the three mistakes their class holds, rather than a percentage.
The units that were weak in the autumn are not the weak units in December.
