Animal and plant cells
Both animal and plant cells have a nucleus, cytoplasm, a cell membrane and mitochondria. Plant cells have three extra parts: a tough cell wall, green chloroplasts for photosynthesis, and a large permanent vacuole of sap. Those extras are the giveaway that a cell is from a plant.
